ছাত্রদের মধ্যে মারামারির কারণে সামি’র বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় অনির্দিষ্টকালের জন্য বন্ধ হয়ে গেছে। এ কারণে রাত্রিযাপনের জন্য তাকে হল ত্যাগ করে সুজনের বাড়িতে আসতে হয়েছে। বিশ^বিদ্যালয়ে সহিংসতা থেকে উদ্ভূত ছাত্র ভোগান্তি নিয়ে তাদের আলোচনায় এ পরিস্থিতি থেকে উত্তরণের বিভিন্ন উপায় উঠে আসে।
Sujon : Hello Sami! How are you?
Sami : I am not fine. What about you?
Sujon : I am fine. But what is your problem? Why have you come at night?
Sami : Today in the evening a serious bloody violence has occurred in the campus. The authority has ordered all students to vacate the halls. The university has been announced closed sine die. I have to stay at your home.
Sujon : It is okay. You must stay at our home until the university opens. Have anybody died in the violence?
Sami : Yes, two students- one from Economics Department and another from English Department have died. They were coming from the library.
Sujon : Were you there during the violence in the campus?
Sami : Yes, I was there. I am still frightened. I hate this situation.
Sujon : Do you know the reason for this violence?
Sami : Yes, so called student politics is the main reason for which a chase in the campus occurs every now and then.
Sujon : Yes, a group of students always work in favour of the party in power while others work in favour of opposition. It is really undesirable.
Sami : You are right. But the students are not only to blame. They are being exploited by the self-centered narrow minded politicians.
Sujon : Everyone should work to resist it. It not only ruins the academic environment but also spoils the life of the students and takes away many valuable lives.
Sami : Exactly! But who is to bell the cat? I think the general students should be united to face it.
Sujon : You are right. Besides, the party in power and the party in opposition in collaboration with the teachers can resist it.
Sami : Exactly! Party politics among students must be discouraged at any cost.
Sujon : No more now, please go to sleep. You will stay at our home until the university opens. Thank you. Good night.
Sami : Good night.
