রাতের খাবার খেতে বাইরে যাওয়ার পক্ষে আমি দারুণ ব্যস্ত; তবে আমি আশা রাখি ভবিষ্যতে যেতে পারব।
b. He said he would take a rain check on visiting us today.
সে বলল সে হয়তো আজ না তবে ভবিষ্যতে কখনো আসবে আমাদের এখানে।
c. He couldn’t attend the concert with his friends. He took a rain check instead.
সে সংগীত অনুষ্ঠানে বন্ধুদের সঙ্গে আজ যোগ দিতে পারবে না। সে হয়তো ভবিষ্যতে কখনো যোগ দেবে।
